This is a very special marmalade that we make from bitter oranges from Seville and that contains caramelised bitter orange peel.

To be used is many combinations: with walnut, Parmesan and fresh orange salad, to make vinaigrette, as a base for pickled sauces, or simply on toast with fresh cheese and a slice a lightly smoked salmon.

Ingredients: sugar, bitter oranges and lemon juice.
