Marmalade made with the Conference and Blanquilla varieties from Girona. This is an elegant and balanced marmalade.

To accompany all types of cheeses, especially blue cheese, as a base for a vinaigrette for roast beef, or simply with a chocolate croissant.

Ingredients: pears, sugar, lemon juice and apple pectin.
