Earl Grey Tea Jelly made with fresh leaves in suspension. The Earl Grey blend is achieved with black tea fermented in India and in Sri Lanka aromatised with bergamot oil.

It combines with salads, dried fruits, fruit, toast with cheese, curd cheese and butter, or simply with a good sponge cake.

Ingredients: water, sugar, lemon juice, Earl Grey Tea (4%) and apple pectin.
