Quality red pepper, white aubergine and Figueres onion. We prepare the vegetables in the traditional way, roasting the skin and hand peeling the vegetables to avoid contact with water when cleaning the products.

The roasted vegetables are packed au natural in sealed trays, with no added condiments and we pasteurise them.
