The cava liqueur plums are caramelised with thick syrup, with a final touch of L’Esperit, by Agustí Torelló i Mata, cava liqueur.

It combines the sweetness of the fruit with the intensive flavour of the cava liqueur.

We recommend serving it with nougat mousse, coffee ice-cream, or to give a special touch to a roast, stew or as garnish for roast chicken.
