This is a classic and very much appreciated marmalade as blackberries are very tasty and healthy. This marmalade is rich in iron, potassium and calcium.

It combines with a mousse or mascarpone ice-cream and fresh blackberries. It is also a base for gravies or, simply, on top of a blackberry clafoutis. In general, it perfectly combines with desserts and lactic products.

Ingredients: blackberries, sugar, apple and lemon juice.
