Description
This marmalade is made with peach and redcurrant, with a touch of lemon and apple to lessen the sweetness of the main fruits.
It combines with a cocktail of fruits like apricots, large strawberries and loquat, also with spreading cheese or as a base adding it to gravy to accompany roast thigh of chicken.
Ingredients: peaches, sugar, currants, lemon juice and apple pectin.
