This is a marmalade made with citric fruits, very rich in vitamin C and very healthy, which will be a delight for lovers of the citric flavour.

It combines with dark chocolate and nut brownie, as a base for vinaigrettes for a duck magret carpaccio, or simply to accompany some butter biscuits.

Ingredients: grapefruits, oranges, lemons and sugar.
