We make this marmalade exclusively with strawberries at the optimum ripeness to achieve great aroma and an intensive red colour.

This is a very versatile marmalade and it combines with all types of preparations: cream or yogurt ice-cream, salads with cheese, red meats, sponge cakes, etc.

Ingredients: strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and apple pectin.
