Marmalade made with Golden apples from Girona, which are characterised by having a smooth flavour, so it is a very versatile marmalade.

Given its delicacy it combines with curd cheese or with mature sheep’s cheese, as well as being a very good accompaniment for roast pork or any other roast meats. It also has many uses in bakery like, for example, as a base for apple tart or puff pastry.

Ingredients: apples, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon.
