Description
Pulled pork knuckle with homemade barbecue sauce. Pork knuckle is cooked slowly at low temperature in its own juice. Once it has been preserved, we bone, crumble and season it with our traditional barbecue sauce.
For its regeneration let it defrost 24 hours in positive cold and sauté it on a griddle or in a frying pan for 5 minutes.
Ideal for preparing hamburgers and gourmet sandwiches, also to add to pizzas and cokes, to make cannelloni, croquettes, gyozas, empanadas…
