Fig confit in syrup is a speciality at Can Bech and the origin of our company. Whole fig confit in thick syrup.
We recommend serving them with curd cheese, cream, custard, mascarpone ice-cream, yogurt or any other with a fresh lactic base. They also perfectly combine with foie gras, cheeses, salads and even to prepare stews with meat and fish.
Ingredients: Figs, sugar, water and lemon juice.
