Mango Chutney with green pepper and vinegar.

Chutneys are sweet and sour made from fruits, vegetables and spices. We have adapted them to the Mediterranean style, with spices from our own cuisine. The result, harmonious flavours that are not as hot as the original recipes from India.

Ideal to give an original touch to salads, to combine with smoked salmon canapés or a chicken curry and lamb’s lettuce sandwich.

Ingredients: mango, green pepper, vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, salt and ginger.
