Chutneys are sweet and sour made from fruits, vegetables and spices. We have adapted them to the Mediterranean style, with spices from our own cuisine. The result, harmonious flavours that are not as hot as the original recipes from India.

This chutney is ideal to prepare curry and grape sauce to serve with free range chicken, pork or duck.

Ingredients: dried plums, water, apple, sugar, hazelnut, vinegar, curry, cinnamon, pepper and paprika.
