The autumn fruit marmalade is made with mango, apple and pear, which give the characteristic aromas and colours of autumn.

It is ideal to make vinaigrettes for salads, like an apple or pomegranate one, or a chicken salad with roasted almonds. It also combines with cheeses like Gruyer and Brie, and it can also be used as a base to make a delicious sauce to accompany duck thigh confit, turkey or free range chicken.
Ingredients: sugar, mango, apples, pears, lemon juice and apple pectin.
