Tomato Chutney with curry, paprika and onion. Chutneys are sweet and sour made from fruits, vegetables and spices.

We have adapted them to the Mediterranean style, with spices from our own cuisine. The result, harmonious flavours that are not as hot as the original recipes from India.

Ideal to combine with grilled fish and chargrilled sardines. Also for tagliatelle with fresh basil and pepper, chargrilled chicken or lamb.

Ingredients: tomatoes, apple, onion, sugar, vinegar, salt, curry and paprika.
