Quality white aubergine with a mild flavour (not spicy) and very low oxidation, prepared in the traditional way, chargrilling the skin and hand peeling to avoid contact with water when cleaning the product.
We pack with no added condiments in 1 kg sealed trays and we pasteurise.
Once open, dress/season to your own liking.
