with berries from Goji and cardamom from Guatemala

We have looked for two very similar textures with the vine peaches and the apricots, with an unexaggerated sweetness but very aromatic.

We break up the orangey colour with the berries from Goji, which give just the right amount of moisture with their Asiatic sweetness and the final touch is given by the perfume of the cardamom from Guatemala, bastion of Slow Food given its incredible fragrance power.
