Amuyo variety of quality red pepper. We prepare the vegetables in the traditional way, roasting the skin in the oven and hand peeling the vegetables to avoid contact with water when cleaning the products.

The roasted vegetables are packed au natural in sealed trays of 1kg, with no added condiments and we pasteurise them.

The product is presented refrigerated (expiration 6 months) or deep-frozen (expiration 18 months).
