Descripción

Pig’s trotters cooked in a traditional way with vegetables and boned by hand.

Then we mould the meat in the form of roll with a high pressure vacuum system, and apply a laminate of very fine cut, carpaccio type.

It is served in individual pack ready to plate and serve, or it is possible to prepare crispy pig’s trotters by marking them on the grill.
