The cava liqueur figs are figs in syrup with a final touch of cava liqueur. They are made with one of the most appreciated liqueurs in Catalonia: L’Esperit, by Agustí Torelló i Mata.
It combines the sweet flavour of the black fig with the exquisite flavour of the liqueur. We recommend serving it with foie gras, mature cheeses, ice-creams with cream, yogurt, nougats, or hazelnuts, for example.
Ingredients: Figs, cava liqueur (17%), sugar, water and lemon juice.
