Red tomato marmalade is a Spanish speciality, made with ripe tomatoes from the Murcia region. We only make this marmalade in summer, when the tomatoes are good and ripe and we can get that fantastic red colour in a natural way.
It combines fantastically with toast with goat’s cheese, as an aperitif with a piece of cod or with a slice of beef carpaccio with rocket. It is also used in cocktails like, for example, a Bloody Mary.
Ingredients: tomatoes, sugar, apple, lemon juice, apple pectin and cinnamon.
