Dried fig confit chutney with grapefruit and grapefruit vinegar.
Chutneys are sweet and sour made from fruits, vegetables and spices. We have adapted them to the Mediterranean style, with spices from our own cuisine. The result, harmonious flavours that are not as hot as the original recipes from India.
Ideal to pair with foie gras or pâtés. It is also very good to make a baguette type sandwich, rocket and Parmesan cheese, or to combine with blue cheese.
Ingredients: dried figs, apple, sugar, water, vinegar, clove, pepper and grapefruit.
